ReplyDeleteOh, the alpaca silk and the Bebe would make lovely knitted hats for preemies! Love it!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a lovely grab-bag of yarns, it's hard to say what all I might make. There's enough here for several projects. I agree the BEBE would be great for baby hats. I think I might use the rest to give a mini-face lift to the livingroom - the navy and ivory for a cushion cover, and the rest for accent pieces like a tissue cozy, coasters and such.
ReplyDeleteFor the past several days the follow link on your page wsa replaced by an error message on my computer. Today it suddenly was. I hae no idea why, but I'm glad it's back, and I'm now a follower.
ReplyDeleteI would make a structured jacket with the cotton and silks and charity items with the bebe. This has been so fun! Great grab bags!
ReplyDeletei would definitely start a cute cardigan with the ivory yarn. maybe use the others for a multicolor striped scarf. lovely picks!
ReplyDeletei'm already a follower. =)
There are so many possibilities with these yarns, but I like the idea of some cute stuffed toys. Not sure what, maybe some amigirumi style.

ReplyDeleteThey are all scrumptious!! That navy blue one at the top is to die for!! I could make scarves, beanies, baby booties, and washclothes!! So many ideas swirling around in my head!!! You are too generous!! This yarn give away has been so fun!! Crossing my fingers!!!
ReplyDeleteOH and YES I am a follower!

Hope I'm not too late!
ReplyDeleteI love these last ones because so many have fibers other than wool - I'm rather allergic to wool but find it hard to get hold of interesting non-wool brands here - so these are very exciting!
The Rowan Wool Cotton I'd combine with some lovely Roma I have to finally knit a scarf that doesn't itch me! And I'm sure I could create some interesting gloves with that last one
Thanks for your kindness at thinking of giving! I'll have to reconsider me stash too!
I'd make a new scarf for my son out of the blue as he's spending much of his days in the woods playing capture the flag! I'd make a new hat for my daugther out of the green and then I'd use the cream to make something warm and soft for my new nephew - maybe a small beanie or tiny booties!
ReplyDeleteI am a new follower...and I think I would make some socks for my littles...like slipper socks..with six kiddos we are always coming up short...
ReplyDeleteI would use the Rowan wool cotton for a cowl.
