I have been fighting off a nasty cold/sinus infection ever since we returned from Mexico, so pardon my absence on ye ole' blog.  I've been going to bed early, living on Sudafed, and blowing my nose... sounds exciting, right?!  In lieu of an exciting post, here's a little Etsy tribute to cute lil' tissue holders... I'd call it Etsy Nose Candy, but that just sounds wrong people.

Etsy Eye Candy - Go Red For Women Edition

February is Go Red for Women month, a time to focus on heart health for women.  I lost my own mother to heart disease ten years ago, and having experienced that firsthand, it's not something I ever want my children to go through.  One way to bring awareness to this issue is to wear red tomorrow, on National Wear Red Day.  Another is to donate to the American Heart Association, to help fund research efforts to prevent heart disease in women and men.

The impending sense of fall is making me ready for all things warm and cozy and organic.  It's also making me ready for lots of browns, deep reds, and oranges.  Yum.  Enjoy this Etsy collection!

This gorgeous wristlet is from EightSeasons.  I love the mix of camel and red, and the little leather blooms?  Perfect.  Makes me want one yesterday.
