Quickie Tutorial: Puppy Sock Sweater

One way to make things {FRESH} is to give items a new purpose.  This quickie tutorial does just that.  In a matter of a few minutes, a pair of socks gets repurposed into two teensy sweaters for the cutest little chihuahuas in the house.

What you'll need:
A pair of socks, preferably warm and snuggly
Scissors
 Cute little puppy!

1.  Take your sock and cut off the tube portion just above the heel turn.

2.  This length should fit most puppies, but you'll need to adjust the length as needed (and make it a little short to allow boy puppies to go to the bathroom!)

3.  Once your length is correct, measure from the jawline to the shoulder to find proper armhole placement.

4.  Cut one inch holes at side of sock for armholes.  (This length may need to be adjusted  based on your puppy's size - try it on and make adjustments as necessary.)

5.  Try it on cute puppy, and make adjustments as needed, and you're done!  (I rolled over the neckpiece to make a little turtleneck, but that's up to you...)

Your warm little pooches will thank you!
